Work begins at the break of dawn. Most of the farm work is manual or in some cases semi-mechanised.

The farm hands take a break. Work at the farm is hard, but the its work and it has to be done.

The main crop at the Johl farm is peaches. The canaries in the Yuba City are the main customers for these products.
